Training Hike #9: Squaw Peak

Location: Provo, Utah in Rock Canyon
Elevation to start: 5196 ft
Elevation gain/loss: 3132 ft
Distance: 7 miles
Difficulty: strenuous ( 7/10)
Notes: very steep and rocky, not very scenic on the way up, great views at summit
